① You can enjoy the rights as a Fander immediately after Fanding and first payment is on the 1st of the following month.

② Cancellation is not possible for the initial Fanding If you request to cancel, rights will be maintained until the requested payment on the 1st of the following month (between 13:00 and 15:00), and after, payments will automatically stop and requests will no longer be made.

③ The payment will be made periodically/automatically every month. Without events such as hold/stop of Fanding payments, payments for the current month is automatically made on the 1st of every month (between 13:00 and 15:00).

④ If the first payment is not successful due to insufficient balance etc, attempts will be made every day (between 13:00 and 15:00) until the last day of a specific month.If the payment is not approved by 15:00 on the 3rd of the specific month, your rights as a Fander will be restricted.

⑤ When your rights as a Fander are restricted, you cannot access the creator's page and cannot support new creators until the amount is paid. Payments can be made in ‘Settings > My Fanding History > Payment History.’

⑥ Payment attempts for unsuccessful payments after normal service use are automatically processed until the last day of a specific month as specified in the three paragraphs above. After which the company and creators may deem the non-payment as intentional, for which you may be held liable.

Fanding is an intermediary that provides the platform and is not a rewarding or sponsored party.
Any legal responsibility for delay or non-provision of reward and services is borne by the creator of the specific page receiving sponsorship.
However, we are doing our best to ensure smooth communication between the project organizer and the sponsor.
