Precautions when participating in funding

All funding projects require prepayment.
In the case of additional pledge, regardless of the currency unit of the entered amount, the payment will follow $1 = ￦1,200. Due to this, the exchange rate at the time of payment may differ accordingly to actual payment.
If the funding target amount is not met, a refund will be automatically issued.
This is a system where production and delivery are made after the project is successful, rather than delivery starting immediately after funding.
The period and reward delivery date may vary for each funding project.

Crowdfunding FAQ

Crowdfunding is not just purchasing a product, but supporting creators' creative project and backing their creations to be more than a prototype. You have the opportunity to support our creators at Fanding from the earliest stages of development.
According to the Online Commerce Act, mail-order sales are subject to those that can provide specific creation information such as specifications and date of manufacture before the consumer's purchase. Therefore, the creator's funding project in Fanding does not fall under mail-order sales, and the Online Commerce Act and Consumer Protection Regulations (cancellation of purchase within 7 days of delivery, etc.) do not apply.
Projects may not strictly go as planned. There will be changes of plans such as being delayed, etc. However, the creators at Fanding will fulfill their duty and responsibility to have their projects successfully delivered to backers.

Shipping Information

If you receive a damaged or defective reward, you can request for exchange within 14 days. For exchange and inquiries, please contact our customer service.
The creator will take responsibility for the cost occured in replacing damaged or defective products. (However, exchange or refund is not possible if the value of the item itself is damaged other than the packaging)
The backer will be asked to take responsibility for the shipping cost for the delivery failure due to backers' error (wrong address, etc.)

Delivery Area - Nationwide and Delivery Available Overseas Areas
Shipping Cost - Free (For international shipping, additional shipping charges apply depending on the region.)
